The BBX2J Boomerang Dual Flash Bracket System greatly expands your creative vision, each arm is free to quickly and easily rotate your speedlight/flash into preferred shooting orientation!  Note that with two flashes It’s no longer unobtrusive but it’s still smooth and a joy to use.

To enhance this rig’s offerings, you may want to pair it up with a set of powerful strobes from Profoto or Elinchrom, and equip them with small soft boxes, creating a unique setup for clam shell lighting.   With such setup no permit is required in municipalities as you carry your own rig with you.

Positioning the flash above the lens eliminates shadows and Red-Eye; greatly improving the lighting quality in your photographs. By improving the “in camera” images it reduces post processing time and raises customer satisfaction. It’s a perfect “in camera” image enhancement tool for fast paced situations like weddings and events. 

The BBX2J has been designed to fit and adjust to all types of cameras with or without vertical grips (battery packs, etc).  It fits standard DSLR’s like Canon 5D, Nikon D850 or similar and may be adjusted for use with taller / larger cameras such as the 1Dx and Nikon D5 and cameras with optional Battery Grips. The BBX can even adjust to fits smaller micro 4/3 bodies and Mirrorless Cameras like the Sony A7, Panasonic G5 / G9, Fuji and Olympus. The BBX Adjustable Height Mechanism allows for fine tuning of the flash arm location to fit these various camera sizes.

The Boomerang also places the flash away from the hot shoe, allowing unrestricted access for a wireless controller / transmitter. The flash plate is capable of mounting wired and wireless speedlights, battery powered Flash Heads and so much more.

The Boomerang Flash Bracket is built around our Arca Compatible Camera Mounting Plate aka: Bracket Plate. The Flash Bracket comes complete with our Universal PBX3 Bracket Plate or you may select a custom anti-twist plate specifically for your camera model/type in the drop-down. The Flash Bracket attaches to our Bracket Plate with a thumbwheel, no tools required.

The unit quickly folds down and can easily be stored in your gear bag when not in use.
