The FCMR is designed for the Boomerang Flash Brackets and will Raise or Extend your Bracket Plate an additional 2.5 inches. This will give you more distance between the lens and the flash. This bracket is especially useful when paired with a light modifier such as a soft box that may interfere with your lens and / or be in the photo.

The PMG Flash Cord Mount Extender allows clearance for newer large flash triggers that extend forward. Previously, those triggers hit the flash holder.

FCMR Flash cord mount raiser
This boomerang flash bracket accessory work as it was advertised. The built is solid and now i can easily mount the Phottis Ordin ii flash trigger.
