This ProMediaGear bracket plate is custom fitted for Canon 1DX Series Camera (Mark I and Mark II). The bracket plate can be mounted to ProMediaGear flash brackets or L-Brackets. Since it is custom designed it fits like a glove perfectly matching the camera shape, it also provides anti-rotation so the plate won't slip or twist. The plate has been machined from solid Aluminum T6061 block and has hard black anodized surface coating for scratch resistant finish. The plate also features 1/4-20 threads for mounting other quick release plates or accessories.

Could be better.

I like the idea and design but it fits to snug around the edges of the grip. As a result it diggs in to the vertical grip’s rubber material causing some damage to it by pulling on it next to the small bottom screen and also at the front of the grip. I hate to see 50$ plate damaging 5000$ camera.

The best arconswiss style bracket made if you are using the spyder belt system -- any other bracket will twist and need to be constantly re tightened This one will not move ..

Very good with rapid connector

Very good, especially with the rapid connector. Only one thing: it may comes as a surprise, that this may not fit on Your different label Arca Swiss clamp. For example, if You have a Smallrig clamp, this will not fit!
