This ProMediaGear bracket plate is custom fitted for
Canon 90D, 80D & 70D BG-E14 and Canon 6D BG-E13 Grip/Battery Pack.
The bracket plate can be mounted to ProMediaGear flash brackets or L-Brackets.
Since it is
custom designed it fits like a glove perfectly matching the camera shape, it also provides anti-rotation so the plate won't slip or twist.
The plate has been machined from solid Aluminum T6061 block and has hard black anodized surface coating for scratch resistant finish. The plate also features
1/4-20 threads for mounting other quick release plates or accessories.

A:
Even though Gitzo claims it's an Arca Style ball head, it's not the same spec ProMediaGear and other market leaders. It will not work. It's similar but not compatible.

A:
Custom Bracket Plates are designed to specifically fit a certain camera body or battery grip. Aluminum wings wrap around the unit tightly or in some cases a set pin is used. The custom fit will lessen or eliminate the accidental loosening of the plate from your camera during use. The Universal PBX3 Bracket Plate has a flat bottom and features silicone pads to keep the plate in place. It can be moved from one camera to another because of its flat shape. Both styles create an Arca-Type Bracket Plate.
