very fast shipping to germany, just three days, perfect. the L-brackt fits perfectly, all connectors are accessible and battery compartment can be removed to exchange the battery without dismounting the L-bracket. Two hex keys are supplied for removing and tighten the screws. The small hex key is the bad point, does not fit exactly to the screws, the key is not strong enough, bad metal quality and also little bit to small in size so the small stop screw could not be removed. In my case the hex key is now like round and useless. I used a highre quality hex key then without any Problem. The shape of the acra style fits perfectly to my Acratech GP ballhead and other acra style quick releases I use.

The PLNMBD18 L-Bracket, build quality is second to none, with great attachments for additional camera support you just can't go wrong with this bracket. Good value, well thought. Well made? There are so many carefully designed features, that the poor QC is a real shame. As cool as it is to have a lot of extra ¼" threads - it's a pity on my L-bracket all of them were too tight, I cad to I had to re-cut them with a tap. At first I thought it's a bad screw, but out of 6 others only one was worn enough to go into the thread. As you an see, there was not only colour coming out but also metal - which means, the tap you used was too small. Re-cut 6 threads makes the 5 stars 3.

Solid construction; well designed to work with the D850 & battery grip; great piece of equipment.

These PMG L-brackets are the standard by which I judge others. I've used RRS, 3 Legged Thing, SmallRig and some no-name foreign made ones. I've replaced all of my L-brackets with PMG, most recently one for my D850. They fit perfectly, are very well designed and made. When I purchased my first one, I was skeptical of the stability of the two rods that support the vertical portion. I was pleasantly surprised to discover they were VERY solid. These will be my first choice for any cameras going forward. Yet another innovative, excellent product from PMG.
