A: The screw is standard 1/4"inch-20 thread.

Q: Can the screw be moved to the edge holes? The Panasonic g85 has a tripod socket that is very far forward. Would you recommend this plate for the G85.

A: Yes the screw can be mounted in any of the 3 holes. It should work well with the G85. But I think you could even go with smaller PX1 type plates, they're only 1 inch long x 1.5 inch (the arca side) if your tripod head will work they maybe good as well.

Q: Will this plate connect to the Quick release on strap SS2?

A: The PSQ1 is a small Arca-Swiss Compatible Camera Plate however it does NOT support our SS2 Quick Release Strap System. To use the SS2 System we manufacture a small plate called the PMX1 that offers Arca-Swiss Compatibility as well as Manfrotto RC2 Compatibility.

Q: Is the pin in a standard position for preventing the plate from twisting? I just bought a Tascam DR-701D, and I believe this would work but not sure. I would want to put this into your 501 plate for a Manfrotto head. Just double checking before I place the order. Thanks!

A: The pin is for promediagear anti-twist system, it's not designed for camera mounting with the pins as it's much more compact (smaller). The pin is really tiny compared to anti twist pins on video plates.

A: Great question! The distance between the antitwist pin and the mounting screw is 4.33 mm
