#VC2, ProMediaGear 3 Wheel Slider Carriage, is compatible with the PMG-DUO Curved and Straight Slider; The World's First, Dual Track Slider. The body of the slider is machined out of 1 solid piece of T-6061 Aluminum and feature two tracks; straight on one side and curved on the other!

The carriage is designed to be moved quickly from one side to another simply by loosening a thumbscrew. The big knob is used to attach the carriage to the track. Simply loosen the knob to the point where the carriage can be removed from the track and then transfer to the other side of the Duo Slider or to another track. The little knob is used as a stop and can "lock" the carriage to the tracks. This is useful when moving the setup so that the carriage doesn't slide during transportation. The carriage features 3 precision aluminum wheels with High Quality Bearings that smoothly and quietly glide across the surface of the slider for low resistance and smooth motion.

I purchased the VC2 and the motor assembly to add to my curved slider. I'm very pleased with the unit. It does exactly what is says it will. You have to be somewhat selective as to the speed because the faster speeds seem to amplify any vibration or hesitation as the carriage moves over the track. That being said, the fact that it stops smoothly and starts in the reverse direction is a great feature. This is a great, economical motorized slider.
